Q, Is it generally legal to film or take photos of people in public ?
A, Yes, it's generally legal to film or take photos of people in public, as long as they don't have a reasonable expectation of privacy. This includes recording people in public spaces like parks, streets, concerts, and grocery stores. However, there are some exceptions, such as in private settings like bathrooms or changing areas, or in certain government buildings.

Q, Is the station on cable or satellite ?
A, NO We are not part of any cable, or satellite provider, however we do practice the same standards of as the cable channels do

Q, Does the station make money with the programing on the station ?
A., NO, however the station has operating costs, so if someone wants to donate or sponsor the station they can., also we do not sell commercial advertisement spots
Q, Are all events broadcasted live ?
NO there are times where the station might asked to cover a paid event (example let's say the station is asked to cover the led Zeppelin concert at the Olean amp theater if we streamed an event like that it would decrease the ticket sales because everyone would be at home watching and it would cost the promoters' of the event a fortune )
So paid events will only be recorded with the events permission and broadcasted after the event was held
Q, Dose the station need help ?
Yes, we are needing volunteers to help us by recording events in town we are a low-income station so there are no paid employees at the station it all done by volunteer workers
